A shower or tub that won't hold the right temperature, drips constantly, or just doesn't feel right to use - that's not something you should have to live with. A failing valve is usually the culprit, and it's exactly the kind of repair that gets put off way too long.
Here's what we were working with on this one: a shower/tub valve that had run its course and needed to come out. We opened up the wall, pulled the old hardware, and installed a fresh valve assembly using solid copper pipe and fittings. Clean soldered joints, properly supported runs, and a brass valve body seated right where it needs to be.
Copper work like this takes real skill to do correctly. Every connection has to be made right the first time - no shortcuts, no questionable fittings. When it's done well, you get a setup that's built to last and won't leave you dealing with the same issue a few years down the road.
Shower valve repair is one of those jobs that touches everything. Water pressure, temperature control, how the tub spout and showerhead perform - it all runs through that valve. Getting it right means your bathroom actually works the way it's supposed to, every single day.
If your tub or shower has been acting up - whether it's a temperature issue, a pressure problem, or something just feels off - we can take a look and get it sorted out for you right here in San Antonio.
