A new vanity can completely change the feel of a bathroom. But none of that matters if the plumbing behind it isn't done correctly. That's where we come in.

When a customer picks out a beautiful setup like this - navy cabinet, marble top, brushed gold fixtures - the last thing they want is a leak under the sink two weeks later or a shutoff valve that won't budge in an emergency. The cosmetic stuff gets all the attention, but the real work happens underneath. Proper shutoff valves, solid supply lines, and drain piping that's set correctly. That's what makes a vanity actually reliable.

We see a lot of DIY installs where corners got cut. Supply lines hand-tightened but not properly seated. Drain assemblies that weren't set with the right slope. Shutoff valves that are original to the house and haven't been touched in decades. When something eventually fails - and it does - water ends up somewhere it shouldn't. A finished bathroom is not the place to find out.

When we plumb a vanity, we treat the rough-in work the same way we'd treat anything else - with the same attention we'd give a full bathroom build. Everything gets done to code, everything gets tested, and the customer knows it's solid before we leave. This New Braunfels homeowner wanted to finish their bathroom with confidence. That's exactly what they got.

Small upgrades carry more responsibility than people realize. The fixture is the easy part. Getting everything behind it right is what separates a bathroom that works beautifully long-term from one that becomes a problem down the road.
